Where do you ship your products from?
We ship all of our products from our medical practice in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders above $100 receive free shipping. There is a flat $5 shipping fee for any order below.
Where do you get your skincare products?
Our medical practice has a close working relationship with all of our skincare vendors. All of our products are acquired from the manufacturer themselves. We do not sell “knockoff” or “secondhand” products. Our products are 100% authentic!
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, if you are in the Raleigh, NC area you can select the “Local Pickup” option and we will have your products ready for you at our office. The address is 225 Blue Ridge Road, Suite 101, Raleigh, NC 27612.
