Prior to establishing Blue Ridge Dermatology Associates, P.A., Dr. Alspaugh was in private practice. She enjoys all aspects of caring for her patients and has a special interest in skin cancer detection, treatment, and prevention. From 2006-2019, she also served as a Clinical Adjunct Associate Professor in Dermatology at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine.
