Make an appointment
To schedule an appointment, Monday through Friday, for either the Raleigh or Cary office location, call (919) 781-1050.
For details on our policy regarding appointment cancelations, please refer to our Financial Policies
If you are unavoidably delayed for your scheduled appointment, please call our office. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule you so other scheduled patients may be seen in a timely manner. In the event that occasional emergencies on the part of your physician delay your scheduled appointment, we will try to keep you informed of the delay.
Your first visit
Please plan to arrive 20 minutes prior to your first visit so you can complete necessary forms and records. You can view and complete these New Patient Forms ahead of time. Bring your insurance card, photo identification and any relevant medical records with you to your appointment.
Follow up visit
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to follow-up visits so you have time to verify your information and update any records as needed.
After hours care
For emergency dermatologic needs that cannot wait until the next business day, call our office at (919) 781-1050, and follow the instructions for contacting the physician on-call. If you have a medical emergency, go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
Prescription refills
Prescription refills are not handled by the on-call physician. To request an oral medication refill, if it has been less than six (6) months since your last office visit, or to request a topical medication refill, if it has been less than one year since your last office visit, please call your pharmacy and have them fax your request to our office at (919) 781-9963. Please allow 48 hours for the completion of your request. If the time frame is greater than listed above you will need to call our office to make an appointment at (919) 781-1050.
